Derrick has excellent size for a 2027 Pro Style QB at 6’1” 200 lbs. He’s a playmaker on the field, stands tall in the pocket while displaying very good vision downfield. Very agile QB who’s difficult to take down because of his athleticism. Has all of the right skills to become an elite QB, among the top '27 collegiate recruits in the country.

ACCURACY:

This is an area of strength for Derrick. His arm motion is very consistent, allowing for throws to be made in-line with his receivers. Excellent decision making skills as he works to seek out his best option receivers with good timing and ball placement.

ARM STRENGTH:
He can light it up to anywhere on the field. His throws are made of high velocity, getting the ball to his receivers in a hurry. Legit vertical passing game, able to extend the field with bombs made over coverage.
